About CNS

Hi! Quick question. Am I correct to summise that for HST or any hypertrophy specific kind of program, CNS taxation should be minimised as much as possible to facilitate higher frequency?

And for strength/power training, it's the CNS that's being conditioned, rite?

CNS and Muscle tissue, not just CNS alone.
 
As I understand, strength training is more geared towards the ability of the CNS to recruit the existing muscle fibres, yes? :)
 
Yes, but the contractile components do the work so both the tissue and the CNS must respond appropriately.
