Adjusting out rep maxes

I have read that before you start working out at all, you are supposed to figure out your 15, 10, and 5RM. So say that you find your 10RM to be 100 before working out at all. But after your two week cycle of 15 reps, you will obviously be stronger than at the beginning, which will most likely increase your 10 and 5 rep maxes. Should you change your maxes, or stay with the 100 pounds that you orignally found to be your 0RM?

Just stay with the original RM. If you can do more, than my suggestion is either do an additional set on your 6th day OR add a 7th day.

should the additional set on the sixth day still be at my 10RM? so that i am doing two sets at the 10RM instead of just one?

if you can do more on the last day of the cycle then do it and use that as your new 10rm for the next cycle...you dont have to be to anal about your workout if you use pen and paper just put a line through the old max and add the new one
