Thanks faz. But i have another question: No problem to work on two consecutive training sessions with the maximum load? That is, I will reach muscular failure in both training sessions without fatigue my CNS?

it shouldnt be a problem because your next 5 sessions!10s" would be submaximal so plent of time to recover.
but if your still worried do 20,22. last sesions.
