I'm ending my second cycle and was wonder what exercise to add next so I thought I'd put it on the forum.
Last cycle:
Flat bench
Military press
Leg press
chins
one arm rows
I won't be doing squats or dead lifts for another 6 months so I was wondering what would be a good thing to add.
