Hi Guys, i have a query . i know i can alternate workouts but
for eg
1 set of bench press then 1.5 min rest then 1 set of lat pull down again 1.5 min rest, then back to bench press.
this way i recover fully from the 1st set n can go with my best for the 2nd set for the same body part as i include a different body part in between.
but my concern is it almost takes 5 minutes to again go back for the 2nd set for the same body part
will this big gap of 5 minutes affect growth anyway ??
