Am I doing this right?

Here is my 3x a week workout, working on the 15's now

Bench
seated rows
seated leg press
calf raises
leg curls
tri push downs
DB mil press
front raises
bent over db rows
curls

I am taking about 45 min to complete this. So I have some time to add other things if I am leaving something out.......
 
Why have both the bent over db rows and the seated rows?

I don't see any of the big four in there either:

-Dips
-Chins
-Squats
-Deadlifts

You have leg press, so you don't need to do leg press, but you have no exercises targeting your lower back, so you should have deadlifts. Dips and Chins are good exercises to put in too.

I will add the deads, as far as the dips and chins.... I weigh 230 and I could not do 2 sets of 15 on those. How do I work those in? Just do as many as I can?

Do bodyweight dips and chins up to the 10's then start adding a little weight, bit by bit!

You don't need to do two sets either, just keep the bent over D/B rows as the second exercise but make them as heavy as possible without failing that is!

The rest looks fine!

Hes got the Bench Press, I guess we can change it to the big 5 with the chins.
