AM PM workouts

i reallly dont know if i should do this or not.

morning workouts r kinda hectic, so i dont know if working out in the afternonn as well as the morning would b optimal.
 
I do them and I love them. I like the feeling of being destroyed at the end of the day. Amazingly enough, I am not experiencing any RBE or CNS fatigue.
 
do u guys think splitting it, upper and lower is better than two full-body routines. i read the e-book, but just wanted to know what u guys thought about it
 
I like full body using A & B workouts, A in the AM and B in the PM. I only did two cycles because there was too much fatigue from doing 400+ squats and deadlifts on the same day.
