1) Bench press
2) Pull ups (assisted so i can overload progressively ;))
3) Dips (assisted also)
4) Leg press
5) leg extension
6) Shoulder presses
7) Db lunges
8) Shrugs
9) Bicep curls
10) tricep pushdown
