Assisted pull-ups

In order to complete 15 or 10 pull-ups I need to use the machine. How can I build the weight progression for this machine ?. Should I consider my total bodyweight or just a percentage of it (for example excluding arms' weight) ?

Find a weight you can easily do 15 reps with and reduce it each workout (i.e. reduce the assistance)...you don't need to complicate it anymore than that.
