Best time to take vitamin supps?

I just wondered if it might make a tiny bit of sense to take a multi-vit supp at the same time as a pre-w/o drink?

I ask this because at the moment I take a half tablet in the morning and a half tablet in the evening. My urine samples are noticeably more yellow first thing in the morning and an hour or so after taking the morning tab. I drink a lot of water during the day so I get to notice the difference! If I am in fact peeing away most of the supplement, it makes me wonder wonder whether taking the supp prior to a w/o would then allow for the vits to be whizzed around my body rather more effectively than taking them when I am resting? I was thinking along the lines of greater creatine uptake if taken prior to a workout.

I'm probably barking up the wrong tree (or mad) but thought I'd ask anyway. I'm sure one of the nutritional experts here can enlighten me. TIA.

I'm certainly not an expert, but I don't think your pre workout shake is your best time to take a vitamin.

There is likely very little fat in your pre workout shake, and your multi has vitamin A, E, D that are fat soluble vitamins.

I always take my multi with breakfast, which is my post workout meal. I also think post workout, when my body needs the most nutrients, is the best timing wise.
