Hi folks,
Does anybody have experience with beta-alanine supplements? I've come across the Biotest brand "Beta-7", but haven't been able to find any similar (read: less expensive) supplement at any of my usual haunts.
I don't take much in the way of supplements (a UN protein bar for breakfast and the very occasional post-workout shake), but I was thinking about giving this a try. Is this more snake oil, or is it as effective as the claims say? Also, has anyone done business with Biotest, for better or for worse?
