BI\TRI Worlout

Dumbell overhead extentions, tricep-pushdown, dips, skull-crushers,close grip bench press, french press, 1/2 rep bench press.

Dumbell curls, barbell curls, chins, one arm dumbell curls, concentration curls, preacher curls.....ahhh....any curl.
 
If you are lifting heavy with compounds.

Tricep pressdown with standard pully should be fine.

As well as any curling movement.

As a matter of fact if you are doing 5's I would hit the arms with a set or two of 15 reps for metabolic work.
