J Joe.Muscle Active Member Mar 2, 2007 #4 If you are lifting heavy with compounds. Tricep pressdown with standard pully should be fine. As well as any curling movement. As a matter of fact if you are doing 5's I would hit the arms with a set or two of 15 reps for metabolic work.
