my left bicep is a half inch smaller than my right. though i dont really notice it, i would like to bring my left arm up to the size of my right.

how do i train for this while using the hst principles

thanks in advance!

Most people on this website advise getting to the size/strength levels you want, then worry about small symmetry issues.

You could add in a single arm bicep curl, using weight progression, but you'll prob have to fix your left delts, tricep and leg as well, they'll prob be smaller as well. Switching to DBs for main lifts (presses, rows) will help with symmetry too.

1/2 inch is pretty normal, I measure people all day long and its standard for people to have their dominant arm and leg 1cm bigger than the other one.

So I wouldn't worry about it until you've reached near your natural limit.

thanks peak for the quick response

just the info i needed!

I've seen where people tend to even out when they get bigger, but not always. Look at a double bi pose of Jay Cutler. WAY different!
