bodypart split

am trying to know what is the best bodybuilding bodypart split excluding total body workout?i meam best splits taking into consideration bodypart overlap recovery etc

Either one is cool, push/pull should work well for 2xday workouts and so will upper/lower.

But for 3xweek workouts I don't think Upper/Lower splits are that usefull, as they would slow things down in terms of progression...lenghtening your cycle

i like upper lower,legs always take more out of me,so i put arms and legs together.my workout trains each bp 2x per week now so when im not doing an arms/legs day
they still get a workout doing back shoulders and chest,so in a roundabout way frequency is increased.
