Hello Bryan, I've been using HST for a couple years now and it is absolutely amazing!! But I feel I could definitely improve my strength, ie. 1 rep max and rep range on specific poundages. How do I go about accomplishing this? I've searched through this forum on SST and I've been unable to find an answer. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank You
1-5 rep range, multiple sets. Frequent. Volume will depend on you and your tolerance. If you are intermediate-advanced, a daily undulating periodization works well ( bill starr 5x5, Texas method)
