Bryan - How do YOU handle squats?

Bryan, I know you have posted before that your body can't really handle heavy squats and benches anymore. So, how do you deal with them? Do you do increased rep ranges thru-out your cycle or just accept lower loads than you used to use? More sets? Greater frequency? I've got a few years on you and I've got plenty of similar issues that I'm wondering how best to deal with. Thanks!
