I received an email from thinkmuscle about Bryan's new podfitness venture. I signed up right away and checked it out. Pretty cool I must say! I have always worked out to music anyway so it suits me.
I don't need to know what to do for my workouts, but it could be handy knowing exactly when to do things so as not to drift off into a dream-world between sets lol. (we've all done it!) Could act like a built in timer. But it's definitely more for novices.
Anyone else checked it out?
