Burning fat and HST....

Dear all,

Can somebody help me with this.... For a year ago I wa 96 kilos with 21% BF. Now I reduced it to 15% but I lost so many muscles and strength with it. I really want to see my abs so I will go further to at least 11%.
What I want is to gain muscles and burn fat. What is the best way to do so?
I understood some body of you are doing show. You might emphasize your bodyfat before a show don't you...
Is there a real fast way to perform this without losing muscles?

Seriously though, if you want to lower that BF% fast without losing muscle, then I would advise you to treat this HST cycle as a cutting cycle. You will be eating at or slightly below maintenance. Add in some cardio (more on off-days) and you should lose fat fast (and safely enough) and have little to no muscle loss.
