Calculating Next Cycle

So I am just about ready to start my second cycle of HST. The first cycle was amazing! I can't get over the difference in my body shape. My weight has not changed that much as I am cycling 3 days a week and still eating like a horse but I had some fat to lose and it is working.
I am wondering how you go about calculating your RM's for the next cycle. Do you just take your previous cycle and add 5 - 10 lbs? Do you use your actual RM's from the 5's (or post 5's) from the previous cycle?
I just want to make sure that I am doing it right.

You can just add 5 or 10 lbs to your RMs, or before you SD after your cycle, you can take a week to find your new RMs, then SD and start your next cycle.
