Can HST minicycles work?

I was wondering could I d something like 15 max, 10 max 5 max every week after my 1 week of 10s and 2 5s. This really screws up all the reps and weight ranges for the muscles to handle.
 
If you are talking about ramping yes you can, as long as you keep your progression going, but then you will sacrifice the number of sets per exercise due to the first two being 15 RM, 10 RM.

Tit for tat I'd stick to normal HST, howqever i like to do that for the big weights, bench and squats, deadlifts!
 
I must be dense, what exactly do you mean to do? Like 15 RMs on Mon, 10s on Wed and 5s on Fri? I've seen programs like that which work pretty well, but they are harder on the joints compared to the standard HST format.
