Totentanz Super Moderator Staff member Oct 10, 2010 #2 Split up your routine and realize that you will have to increase your caloric intake quite a bit. Bryan recommends this somewhere for more advanced trainees who have the time to workout 6 times a week, maybe it's in the FAQs somewhere.

C Champalex New Member Oct 12, 2010 #4 not really, my volume is really low, to avoid overtraining.. i prefer this over 3 times a week, but the problem is, my gym is so far away and they wont let me end my contract.. should i do some crazy stuff to make them end it? they
