Cardio before or after?

Cardio before or after?

Trying to lean out a little here. Should I do Cardio before or after my workouts? I remember way back when Vicious was adamant that there was one correct way to do it. I just can't remember which one it was.

I've always read you should do it after you lift.

(1) You don't want cardio to take away from your ability to lift heavy.
(2) Muscle glycogen will be depleted after lifting, which will lead to better use of fat for energy.

Not sure where I've read that, but I'm sure someone will verify.
 
i do mine after a workout. sometimes il have a shake just before i do cardio, just dont work too hard or you may get carrots on the treadmill!
