Cardio on HST!

Im currently cutting and doing my HST, had an AMAZING workout today. I read that incline treadmill brisk walking is the best during this routine, but approximately how long should it be? 30 mins?
 
Depends on total caloric intake, how fast your walking and how much incline you use along with a myriad of factors that determine how easy you lose fat. Some people might not even have to do cardio. I would do my cardio between 20-40
 
Losing weight is based on calorie deficit. Your heart has to be beating at a certain pace to start losing calories, you might be doing 30 mins of walking all for nothing...

You can learn all the information you need to know about how to know you're losing calories. I can't stress enough how important it is to make sure you are in a calorie deficit to lose weight.
