I am just starting on my 2nd round of HST and I wanted to clarify the way I am understanding the progression: Using the HST computer, I put in my top weight of 15 reps with say 5 lb. progression. When I put in my top weight of 10 reps it is higher than my fifteen, but may not be 30 lbs higher, therefore with a 5 lb. progression with my 10 reps, I start lower than I left off with my 15 reps, so it not a consistant progression up through the total program. It may initially step down in weight when you move to the lower rep sessions? Correct?
Also, for a pre-workout drink, should you use protien/Carbs/& no flax & Post-workout drink use protein/carbs/ with Flax?
