confused about scheme A and B

ok, when people do scheme A and B such as incline barbell for A and weigthed dips for B , do they do they do scheme A for the 15s, then B for the 10s, then back to A for 5s, and so on?

or do you do scheme A mon, sheme B wed, scheme A fri, scheme B mon, scheme A wed, so on?

i do the second scenario

eg:

workout A

inline bench gets worked monday and friday the first week and wednesday the following week in the cycles rep scheme

workout B

weighted dips get worked wednesday the first week then monday and friday the following week for that cycles rep scheme
 
Second scenario...don't over-complicate things.

The A/B schemes allow one to do more than one set of exercises without extending your workout time per day, as such the rep schemes stay exactly the same throughout.
