Confused by all the information

I'm thinking about starting HST but i'm confused, mostly regarding total volume per bodypart. Everybody gives different advice so i dunno which one to listen to. If either Bryan could write what he thinks or anyone of you now the "basic" number of sets or something like that it would be greatly appreciated.
 
The problem is that volume is going to change depending on the individual. Have you read in the HST FAQS section at all? Bryan has one topic devoted to volume.
 
I have, both the downloadable version and the thread. He says you should do 2 sets PER EXERCISE for 15s, 2 sets 1 week of 10s and 1 set for the 2nd week, 2 sets 1st week of 5s and finish of with 1 set for the 2nd week.

But this is per exercise, so i was wondering how high volume should be kept per bodypart. I guess a more suitable question would be the number of exercises you should perform per bodypart.
