ok so i'm going to try straight creatine for the first time, i've been having doses in muscle milk and like what i see so i decided to up it. i've been on muscle milk for some time now.

my question is, do i need to load? It says on the package to load 4-5 days and 4-5 times a day, but i have already had creatine in muscle milk. I only have a small amount of creatine too, and if i do the loading stage, it will be all gone.

Bottom line question is, is it important to load or have i already loaded enough?
 
no you dont have to load ..unless your a vegitarian..and as you say you have already had some

It doesn`t matter. It just takes a longer time to reach the plateau without loading. Take your pick
