I like the idea of going 3x per week or every other day for the lenght of the HST cycle. I have noticed a few people posted they train 6x per week using an A/B type split and covering every body part but only getting one day of rest i.e., no lifting. Would AAS play a part in doing 6x a week or a person with good recouperation ?
