Critique my HST cycle

Here is what my 15's cycle looks like:
*every excersize is done with 15 reps

Squat- 2x
Leg curl- 1x
calf raises-2x
Bench Press-2x
Dips-1x
deadlift-2x
barbell rows-1x
shrugs-1x
barbell presses-2x
dumbell curls-2x
tricep pushdowns-2x
crunches-2x


so that is a total of 20sets. What do you think?. am i following it to the letter or are their any improvements i can make?
My nutrition and recovery (sleep) part of training is near perfect. Before i started HST i was doing Max-ot which involved reps in the 4-6 reps ranges, so maybe i am still not used to doing high reps. this is maybe another reason why i feel tired halfway thru.
 
STICK WITH THIS
Squat
calf raises-2x
Bench Press-2x
Dips-1x
deadlift-2x
barbell rows-1x
shrugs-1x
barbell presses-2x
crunches-2x

THREW OUT THESE ISO'S
dumbell curls-2x
tricep pushdowns-2x
Leg curl- 1x
 
I agree with Colby. The one change I might make is to change the Deadlift to Chin or Pull Ups to directly hit the lats a bit more. If you make the bench press an incline bench press you could probably eliminate one of the shoulder presses. You should be able to finish the workout in under 45 minutes. Good luck.
 
Actually, I would just throw out the Shrugs in favor of Chins.

Keep the Deads and Squats in there together IF:
You have no problem with them together... possibly do SLDL, then Squats

OR

Alternate them
