Critique my Program

Hi Guys!

I'm new to this HST business, but I'm really keen to give it a go.

Have spent the past few nights drawing up a program, but theres a few things I wasn't so sure on, like number of sets etc. (I know this is an individual thing).

I haven't filled in the weights yet as I intend to find out my RMs this week. However all the other bits and bobs are there.

(W: Wide, N: Narrow, OH: Overhand, UH: Underhand)

Any advice, criticisms, suggestions are most welcome. I want to do this proper like!

Looks good, although with your grip variations. As i assume these exercises are all to be done on the same day. Maybe you could switch the grips up each workout rather then each set. This will make it easier for you to adjust the volume (if you ever need to). A t the moment for my last weeks of 15's i'm finding that i need to drop the volume down to 1 set to be able to get out my reps. So if that happens to you, you might find it difficult if you see what i'm saying.

Example:

So instead of:

Monday:
Bent over row 2 sets (UH, OH)

Do:
Monday:
Bent over row 2 sets (UH)

Wednesday:
Bent over row 2 sets (OH)

Friday:
Bent over row 2 sets (UH)

Monday:
Bent over row 2 sets (OH)

... etc etc.

It doesnt matter all that much, would just make things easier to adjust imo.
