Critique my workout please

hi,

When i started hst i weighted ~ 135lbs,
at the end of my last hst cycle i weighted 158lbs.
Now after SD i weight 152lbs ( i went to cuba for 2 weeks the food was HORRIBLE, couldnt find good food with proteins in it ... )

so here is my workout in that order :
Lever 45° Leg Press
Lying Calf Press ( alternate with Reverse Lying Calf Press )
Inclined Bench
Seated flys
Standing Lateral Raises ( shoulders )
Chin ups ( assisted during 15s/10s , weighted during 5s )
Dips ( keeping arms/elbows close to body for triceps )
Standing cable barbell curls
Wrist curls ( alternate with reverse wrist curls )
Vertical Leg-Hip Raise
situps
back extension

I cant do squats because i cant seem to be able to put alot of weight, i tried them last cycle and didnt like it, and deadlifts the movement is too ackward and i cant lift heavy too... maybe ill give it a shot next cycle...
 
do you do those exersices hst-like?:
Wrist curls ( alternate with reverse wrist curls )
Vertical Leg-Hip Raise
situps
back extension
i don' think you have to....:crazy:
and start squatin' now !!!

of course i do it hst like , but this time im trying something new, instead of increasing everyworkout i repeat same weights and do bigger increases every 2 workout

if i remove vertical leg-hip raise AND situps then im not gonna have anything that works my abs.

wrist curls and reverse wrist curls i kinda want to hold onto because i have really small forearms...

back extension i could let go, its the first time i use them in my workout, i added it because i heard/read that its really good to strenghten your lower back.
