which of these 2 routines should I follow?:

For my 2nd cycle, I plan to follow the #1.
Should I change anything? I noticed that there is only 1 set of squats per workout during the 10's, whereas in my previous cycle, I did 2 sets.
Should I maintain the same volume throughout the 5's and post-5's?
I will superset between push and pull exercises, and perform isolation exercises at the end of the workout.
The only thing I won't be doing is the calve raises. I will add them on my 3rd cycle if I notice they are lagging.
I am also doing RDL instead of SLDL.
