hey guys
I had great results with my previous cycles.now I am planing my 5.
I'll work out 3-4 times a week
Squats/Deadlifts (alternating)
Cable Flys
Incline Press
Pullover
Chins
Arnold Press
Seated Row
Lateral Raise
Reverse Flys
Shrugs
Arms
Nelson Crunches
What u think about this routine?
15s I'll go with 1set each
10s 1set and 2 set with some of them,maybe Chins, Incline Press and Shrugs
5s same as 10s
them negatives,Loaded stretching,Pulse Reps and all the nice techniques
