I'm confused what meets the definition of high frequency in this forum. Is high frequency defined by the number of workout sessions per week, or the number of times that the full body is trained each week?
Given advice on this board that high frequency works well for cutting, should it make any difference whether you train 6x full body vs. 6x split (say upper/lower), the latter option being equivalent to 3x full body per week.
Calories burned should be about the same in both cases, but is there some other fat burning advantage to the full body workouts over and above the split workouts despite the number of training sessions being the same?
