Delt exercises

I'm thinking of doing the following exercise scheme:
squats
leg curls
calf raise
dips
flat DB
pulldowns
bent over row
curl
pushdown
shrugs
lat raises
shoulder press
abs


My question is, is it necessary to do shoulder press since I'm already doing flat DB and dips, which both work the anterior delts pretty well?
 
i'm thinking to get rid of curls, pushdowns and shoulder press.
biceps are used enough on pulldowns and rows, triceps are used enough on dips and bench, and anterior delts are used enough on bench as well

what do you guys think?

if i cut it down to 9 exercises i think it will be better for me.
 
The only thing you can do is try it and pass on what you learn to the rest of us. There are too many unknowns to give you a meaningful answer but I agree, in general, with your revised rouitne.
