Didn't get to start my week of 10's

Got up Fri. morning and was fine and did some yard work and by the time I finished, I was aching and feeling sick. Anyway, came down with the flu and it kicked my butt for 6 days. I think this has to be the sickest I ever felt. Anyway, I think I lost between 5-8 lbs. Should I just start my 10's this Saturday coming up, or just try to jump ahead to my second week of 10's, or go back to 15's?
