I feel that I have overworked front delts from doing dips/incline/shoulder press; so would Dips alone be good for growing chest/shoulders/tris?
I figure it works all three functions and I'll add side lying delt and OH tri ext. for stretch.

With the added exercises it should be enough. However, I wouldn't make an ongoing habit of it. I usually incorporate military presses and shrugs into almost all my workouts as they target the delts and traps specifically.
Dips can be done in two fashions, head straight up and back - Hitting the entire shoulder frame and the tricep and head facing down chin touching chest emphasising more the chest area.
