First off i love HST. I just finished workout number six with 8's and i feel i could add another 5 pounds ion everything if i did #7. Can i do this or am i supposed to start the 5's now. Fyi i did 12's. 8's and 5's for my cycle
It's up to you. Personally, I would jump into the 5's and just keep a note that your 5RM for that exercise should be 5lbs heavier. If an extra day of progression on your 10's works with your schedule, then go ahead and do it.
