Is it ok to use dumbbell lifts in place of barbell lifts? Mainly because I respond a lot better to dumbbell bench press rather than barbell bench. Two more things, can I alternate the angle of bench press every cycle? Say, one 6 week cycle do flat bench, and the next cycle do incline bench. I noticed that for the chest exercise a sample week would look like: monday-bench press, wednesday-dips, friday-bench press... can I just do bench press all three days?
