I am in college and will be starting HST program for my first. I was just wondering what everyone’s eating routine comprise of on a typical day on the HST program? For me it’s hard to stay strict on eating guidelines, does anyone have any suggestions as to what foods are best for snacking on between meals that’s good for weightlifting, keep in mind easy to make, and easily obtainable.
