well, i know bruce lee used these machines, but since then , i guess they have come a long way ( or maybe not, it doesnt matter ) , the question is, do they work ?
What are the advantage / disadvantage of using them ?
Can you gain muscle or lose fat , or tone or , what ? is it just good for rehabilitation ? or good for strenghtening ? or building muscle ?
Im thinking of adding this type of workout to my regular workout, for abs and
