hey folks
recently came across an study about emg data regarding the most effective exercises (in terms of activating fibres)
maybe someone can comment the following?
most effective exercises for:
biceps: concentration curl
lat: 45 degree pull downs with reverse close grip
chins: chins to the back are more effective then to the front
triceps: cable push downs
especially the chin and lat thing are confusing me... close reverse grip and neck pull = more back activating? huh?
