Everytime i start a cycle i get the urge to Skip 15's....

I start again tomorrow.... 15's... meh... should I do them or not?

I read here mixed things... some say people get gains during them... others say they're just for recovery.

My wrist was hurting during my 5's last cycle but the week off has fixed that.
 
I don't do 15s but I do mix them in to my cycle in the form of higher rep secondary lifts for each muscle group.

Since your wrist was hurting, even if it feels fine now, I would recommend you probably do at least one week of 15s just to make sure your wrist is back to 100% before you get into the heavier weights.
