I've been thinking about the muscles we work:
1. The hardest...
2. The easiest (if at all directly)...
3. The ones we are happiest with (size)...
4. The ones we least pleased with (size)...
5. The ones we enjoy working the most...
6. The ones we least enjoy working...
7. The ones that are the weakest in proportion to the rest and our body size in general...
8. The ones that are the strongest in proportion to the rest and our body size in general...
9. Easiest to get sore...
10. Toughest to get sore...

11. Wished were bigger...
12. Wished were stronger...
and if there is a relationship between them. Looking at this honestly may lead to some explanations and things that need to be corrected.
For me:
1. I try to hit everything equally hard with HST, but historically I've worked hardest on my chest and upper arms.
2. Forearms
3. Shoulders (naturally broad)
4. Biceps
5. Upper Arms (sorry guys...I said honest)
6. Legs (not including Deads)
7. Back
8. Chest
9. Triceps
10. Biceps
11. Upper Arms
12. Legs
I need to see if any relationships exist. If anyone would like to comment or post their own results I would be happy to see what we come up with. In my own defense, I've only started doing Deads and Squats relatively recently, so I am anticipating some changes in my answers as I learn these exercises better. Before this forum...I practically NEVER worked out my legs except for some iso work very occasionally.
