Fat Loss/Muscle Loss Ratio

as far as cutting...

According to my calculations, past 3 weeks or so I have lost
3 lbs and fat and .5 lbs of muscle. Does this sound decent or should I try to tweak a bit to try and prevent even this amount of muscle loss? Sounds like a 6 to 1 ratio. So, if I lost my goal of 14lbs, I would have lost 2.3 lbs of muscle and 11.7 lbs of fat.

I know. I overthink things

On my first cutting cycle after a dirty bulk I lost 23lbs with only 2lbs of it being LBM. Of course I was upwards of 20% BF.

I am sure you are much lower and it would then be much harder.

I have heard you will lose LBM even if you dont lose muscle while cutting becuase fat cells contain water. As they use up the fat and shrink you lose water and thus LBM. Just what I heard though. I dont know for sure. If this is true I guess the best way to gauge muscle loss would be through strength loss.
