Finding maxes - but getting stronger....

I have spent the past week finding my maxes. Monday was my 15 rep max, Wednesday was my 10, and 5 for Friday. Thing is...on Friday, I felt like I was so much stronger from doing the Mon/Wed workout that my 15 rep max on most exercises was actually much higher. Should I just go with the ones I found on Monday or redo it?
 
Just keep going. I always save pushing for new maxes until the 5s. Even then, complete your 5s as you have already calculated, then after your last day of 5s, you should attempt to increment the weight upward in each lift on every session afterward until you find your new 5 rep maxes for each exercise. You can then even continue using those new maxes for another week or two before you SD. Often once I reach a new max, after a couple workouts with that max, I gain even more strength and can increase my new max before SD.
