First Cycle Diet

I am coming back from a long layoff, so I am more interested in losing a few pounds first before gaining some muscle.

So, I hope to lose 10-15 pounds during this first cycle, and then jump into a long bulk for 6 cycles or so.

I was thinking a basic diet of 4 meals a day, 1850 calories, 200g carb, 150g protein, 50g fat. I am about 165 pounds, 15-16% bodyfat, 5'9".

Will this diet do it for me? Too severe?
I am not planning on doing anything special during workout days, except maybe a post workout protein shake of 1 scoop (about 25-30g protein) with no added carbs.

Since I haven't been working out for almost a year, and I just sit around at a desk all day, my current musculature is baseline. So, I doubt I will lose much muscle, but honestly, I don't care if I do during this first cycle.

One last thing. How many grams of fiber should one be getting everyday? And, what would be good sources?
