Well, i figure this is a lot of sets..

1 set of 15's

2 sets of 10's (2 set on main, 1 set on others)

4 sets of 5's (This i havent figured out yet, i will)

Workout regime:

Legs:

- Squat - Legpress

Back:

- Deads
- Seated row

Calves:

- Straigth back raises

Chest:

- Bench
- Manuals (Incline)

Shoulders:

- Frontpress
- Lateral raise

Traps:

- Shrugs

Biceps:

- Different curl movements

Triceps:

- Triceps pushdown

Abs:

- Crunch med vekt

I'd go with 3 sets of 5's myself,
-get rid of the lateral raises
-alternate between deads and squats
-go with dips and and incline bench press for chest
-go with pull ups and rows for back
-can't comment on traps...mine grow without much help so I don't do shrugs

Well that's my 2 cents....hope it's helpful

If you're able to do deads, they will be all the trap work you're likely to need. If these are exercises you are what you are used to from previous training, then stick with them. Just apply the HST principles and you will do well.
