2 sets of 10's (2 set on main, 1 set on others)
4 sets of 5's (This i havent figured out yet, i will)

- Seated row

- Straigth back raises
Chest:
- Bench
- Manuals (Incline)
Shoulders:
- Frontpress
- Lateral raise
Traps:
- Shrugs
Biceps:
- Different curl movements
Triceps:
- Triceps pushdown
Abs:
- Crunch med vekt
