for upper body only

Why? What will you be using for lower body? Just use HST for everything and use less volume for lower body.

i was going to leave lower body for one cycle because it respond to any stimulation even lower volume and i dont want to be mr freaky legs

Damn! I have to bust my backside just to get normal legs! The grass is always greener. (sigh)

Just do some high rep work leg work (ie. light loads by necessity ~50-60% 1RM). You won't get much of a growth stimulus for long but it'll do wonders for your metabolic conditioning.
