is it possible that hand grips make huge forearm as many people do it every day

as you know they use only one idea of hst which is high frequency but with no progressive loading

can this lead to large forearm

i really want your answers cause i want to give it a try

Grippers come in sets of three or four. The first one is easy, the second and third are increasingly difficult, and the last one is damn near impossible. If you use your set properly, scheduling your gripper workouts just like the rest of your training, you should get good results.

I've also found that deadlifts, using no gloves or straps, also tends to produce larger forearms (not to mention larger everything else as well).
